Liquid Lens launches new Resin Doming Systems for the promotional product industry
Liquid Lens is returning to where it started 20 years ago with the launch of innovative new printcutdome equipment aimed at helping smaller businesses with the decoration and personalisation of promotional products.
Formed two decades ago, last year saw Liquid Lens separate from the confectionery side of the business, now known as The Sweet People, to focus on desktop doming machinery for promotional products and personalisation once again.
Steve Hastie, MD at Liquid Lens, said: We love the doming industry and have been inspired by hundreds of entrepreneurs who have found creative ways of using our resin doming systems throughout the promotional, trophy, badge-making, labelling and jewellery-making industries.
Following the division from The Sweet People, Liquid Lens made a significant investment into the business and began the development of new desktop doming equipment.
The new curing oven and desktop doming machine work on electrics rather than pneumatics, making them ideal for the low to medium runs of a wide range of promotional items, such as luggage tags, key rings, tape measures, USB sticks, coasters, headphone cases, spinners, electronic items and personalised boxes of chocolates.
Mr Hastie added: Weve seen some wonderful applications over the years, from phone covers and ear studs to the customisation of golf clubs, clothing and cufflinks. There seems to be no limit on what can be done with resin!
Liquid Lens has built its reputation on the quality of equipment, resins and training they offer to small businesses. Its resin is mercury-free, technically superior and continually receives great feedback on how perfectly dry, smooth, tactile and durable it is for doming projects.
